• Recordings of your in-app interactions and on-screen content (“session replays”) — including taps, gestures, scrolling, and navigation — used to understand how the app is used and to improve it.

This product-usage and interaction data, including session replays, is tied to an internal account identifier (not advertising identifiers) and is processed on our behalf by a third-party analytics provider under contract. Sensitive fields — such as text you enter, payment-card details, addresses, and map displays — are masked or excluded from session replays. This data is used only for our own product analytics; it is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

We use information solely to:

• Provide and operate dog walking services
• Match pet parents with walkers
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Communicate service updates and support messages
• Improve app functionality, reliability, and safety

These providers are contractually restricted to using information only to perform services for GoWoofer.
